The monitoring of the Cavally classified forest will soon be reinforced by the use of drones.

As part of support for the monitoring of classified forest Cavally in the Cavally region, a pilot study on the use of drones has been considered. Currently, 2 SODEFOR agents and 2 WCF agents are participating in drone piloting training.
This "Beginners Pilots" course, taught by Drone Academie and funded by the French Embassy in Côte d'Ivoire, began on Monday, June 24, 2019 and will end on Friday, July 5, 2019.
